RISE Aerial Fitness

RISE Aerial Fitness is our newest addition to the Rebel Fitness Studio line up. 

But our classes are not like the others! Our instructors have hand crafted fitness sessions using the aerial equipment to enhance and improve on their specialties! In our sessions, you won't find climbing, jumping, swinging, and falling. You will find things like pilates and yoga, core work, and play time to help you strengthen and grow your practice!

Currently, we have three RISE Aerial Fitness sessions on the schedule each week. 

Monday 7pm

Tuesday 7pm

Thursday 7pm

Ready to RISE?

You do not need to be a studio member to participate in our RISE Aerial Fitness program! You can join us by purchasing a single class, or a 4-class pack.
